Welcome to Partners Dancing

Partners Dancing is run by Sue & Roger, Sue learnt to dance at the ageof 14 at the local dancing school in Worthing, with whom she took her medals. Roger was born in Bexleyheath Kent, Sue was born in South Kensington, London.

They provide Refreshments, free of charge at all their dances, and aim to provide a good Evening out.Dancing, something to eat and drink, and for people to meet all there friends, have some fun, and thoroughly have a good evening out. They met in Worthing at a local Disco in 1974 and married in 1978. In 1985 she thought it time Roger learnt to dance, so she took him to a dance school, where he learnt his first steps. Learning the steps was one thing, but putting it into practice was another. With a shortage of dances they started a dance, as a hobby, on a Monday evening at a local church hall for themselves and a few friends, about 12 people in all.

Now they have up to 450 people (dictated by the size of the hall) at their Saturday dances.

With a good mixture of Music, Ballroom, Latin, Sequence, Party and the odd Line Dance, they please a wide section of people.
